1.      Your paper must be typed, double spaced, with one inch margins on all four sides of the page. The font should be Times New Roman, size 12. All references used should be appropriately cited on a separate page, using APA (American Psychological Association) format. 

1. In a two page diary, record your activities for seven consecutive days. Each day and each hour must be accounted for. Record all your activities each day for the seven days.  Only include activities that you have done that day. You may use arrows for blocks of time.

5.      Write a two-paragraph summary after you have reviewed your schedule, indicating what you would change and why. Remember to answer all questions using “your own” ideas, and paraphrasing additional information with no direct quotes.
